My name is Tim Dorsey. I’m the owner of TDF. I’ve been a fitness trainer in Sandusky for over 10 years. I decided that I wanted to be a trainer because it is my true passion to help people find their greatest self. At my gym you can learn how to gain or lose weight. You can learn how to lift properly. You can learn all about nutrition... etc. However, the main thing we take pride in coaching here is self love. We teach students how to speak kindly to themselves. We teach students how to be grateful for their current place in life and all of their future possibilities. We know that if we can develop the idea of self love, we can then help coach and guide you to the greatest version of yourself. We’re a great big family here. We don’t workout around each other, we work out with each other. We fail with each other. We laugh. We cry. We learn. We love each other! And we’d love you to join us!

I help active, busy people stay fit, healthy, and mobile with less aches and pains. After overcoming a broken spine and the lowest point in my life, I found purpose in helping others in similar situations achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals.
I help anyone from those with previous injuries who want to get into better shape without hurting themselves to athletes looking to optimally train to maximize their potential.
I realize every person is different, so my training and nutrition plans cater to clients individual needs and are modified based on their responses. All I ask is that you have a goal, are willing to work hard, and have a positive attitude.

My name is Darla Kelley and I have been with Tim Dorsey Fitness since July of 2016. I started out teaching Dance2Fit classes, which I personally got certified in by the owner down in Knoxville, TN in June of 2016. That class was my catalyst into the fitness world. I started taking other classes at the gym and eventually started filling in and teaching them as well. I am currently working on a new platform workout, called Beatzboxing, to have it officially trademarked. I have been teaching this class consistently since March of 2019.
You can catch me at the gym on my free time, either working out or working on my craft. Fitness is a major part of my life and TDF has helped me develop that over the years. Love being a part of the TDF trainer family and helping people find their own passion for fitness!

My most recent certification was becoming a Licensed Lesmills BodyPump instructor in August 2019.
My passion is to help people to get moving in a fun, energetic way.
